Rooks Hill is the perfect retreat for visiting historic Chichester, Glorious Goodwood and the wonderful countryside and coast of West Sussex.

The charming grade II listed country house with its stunning views over Goodwood, has been painstakingly renovated to create a tasteful combination of character and contemporary style. It offers six individually designed, light and airy, luxurious bedrooms.

The sunny oak beamed breakfast room, with its log burner in cooler months, is where you’ll enjoy a delicious full English breakfast, fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts, organic free range eggs, freshly baked bread and preserves made from organic fruit from the garden.

On warmer days the French doors open onto the pretty wisteria-clad courtyard.

Rooks Hill also offers a cosy guest lounge for you to relax in, well stocked with books, magazines and daily newspaper.

There is an abundance of wonderful places to eat in the area including the excellent Earl of March Pub, with its award winning restaurant, which is directly opposite. There is another fine gastro pub within 10 minutes walk into the village, a superb French restaurant just 2 minutes drive away and a 5 minute drive away you’ll find an elegant Michelin starred country house, to name but a few!

The lovely Cathedral City of Chichester is just 3 minutes drive away and a regular bus service runs from just across the road.

Rooks Hill has private off road parking.
