Rooks Hill is the perfect retreat for visiting picturesque West Sussex.

A charming grade II listed country house with stunning views over Goodwood, Rooks Hill has been painstakingly renovated to create a tasteful combination of character and contemporary style. It offers six individually designed, light and airy, luxury en-suite bedrooms.

The historic Roman city of Chichester is just 2 miles down the road, the beautiful coast is only 15 minutes in the car and there are wonderful country walks just a stones’ throw away.

Breakfast

The sunny oak beamed breakfast room, with its log burner in cooler months, is where you’ll enjoy a delicious full English breakfast, fresh fruit, museli, cereals, yoghurts, organic free range eggs, oak smoked salmon, freshly home-baked bread and preserves made from organic fruit from the garden.

On warmer days the French doors open onto the pretty wisteria-clad courtyard.

Rooks Hill also has a cosy lounge for you to relax in, well stocked with books, magazines and daily newspaper.

A regular bus service runs to Chichester from just across the road.

Private off road parking.
