Minimum 2 nights stay in the apartments.
Minimum 4 nights stay during Goodwood Festival of Speed & Revival.
To make a reservation
A deposit of the first nights’ stay is required by debit/credit card to make a reservation. For a one night booking a 50% deposit is required.
All major credit cards accepted.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you should have to cancel your stay with us the following charges apply:
More than 21 days prior to arrival date – £25 administration fee.
21 days – 48 hours prior to arrival date – 50% of total cost
or 100% if a one night only booking.
Within 48 hours of arrival date – 100% of total cost.
Cancellation charges will be taken from the credit card details
that were supplied for the deposit.
If you have a travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges, should your cancellation reason fall within your insurer's criteria
Check-in
Check-in is between 4pm and 7pm (other times by prior arrangement only)
Check-out is by 10am midweek and 10.30am Sat/Sun & bank holidays.
Children
Well behaved children over 12 years are very welcome.
Smoking
Rooks Hill has a strictly no smoking policy.
